Confident Clinician

Tell us your city and preferred area, and we shortlist partner training centers within 10–15km of you. Only 1–2 students are placed per center, so you are never competing for chair time. You keep your current job or practice and train around your existing schedule.

You visit up to 3 shortlisted clinics and meet the mentors in person before committing. Each mentor is a practising dentist with 15+ years of experience and a busy OPD. You choose the mentor and clinic you are most comfortable with — the match is yours to make, not ours.

From day one you are at the chair on real patient cases, first assisting and then operating with your mentor scrubbed in beside you. Every case is logged in your weekly worksheet and signed off by the mentor, so your progress is documented procedure by procedure.

On completion you receive a Clinicals fellowship certificate along with your verified case log and photo record. Strong performers get placement assistance and introductions to clinics hiring in their region, and can return later for an advanced track.
